Accounting and Payroll Analyst

About the role

Join a dynamic and inclusive organization as an Accounting and Payroll Analyst. You will ensure payroll, accounting, and customer service processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with Puerto Rico regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing, validate deductions, taxes, incentives and benefits, and submit required reports to government agencies.
• Manage petty cash, create purchase orders, process supplier payments, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare bank transfers, issue checks, and support employee inquiries on payroll, deductions, benefits and time‑keeping.
• Act as Payroll Compliance Officer, maintain records, meet filing deadlines, and conduct internal audits of payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to streamline systems, identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and meet multiple deadlines.
