About the role

Warehouse associates in the second shift are responsible for operating motorized material‑handling equipment to receive, store, select, and load products in a multi‑temperature foodservice warehouse. The role ensures safe and accurate handling of inbound and outbound items while maintaining productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Safely receive inbound products, replenish inventory, and pull items for orders.
• Build pallets, carts, or cages and load them for delivery to customers.
• Select products with a high degree of accuracy and recognize potential process errors.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other motorized equipment to move goods.
• Utilize Syntelli warehouse software and other technologies for tracking and inventory control.
• Perform basic sanitation duties and report damaged product.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18 with a valid PR driver’s license.
• High school diploma and at least 6 months of warehouse or forklift experience.
• Forklift certification (or obtained immediately upon hire).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
