About the role

This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers and merchandise. It involves investigating incidents, thinking critically, and solving complex problems to protect store assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for associates and shoppers.
• Investigate theft, fraud, and other security incidents.
• Analyze evidence and make critical decisions.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement loss‑prevention strategies.
