About the role
The Associate Attorney will manage litigation cases, negotiate agreements, and represent clients in court. The role requires building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys.
- Conduct legal research, prepare reports and documents, and manage case files through all litigation stages.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor degree with 8‑10 years of experience in commercial litigation, trademarks, antitrust, employment or contractual disputes.
- Notary Public in Puerto Rico and admissions to local, federal and notarial bars.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with Tabs3 and other case‑management platforms.
