Dishwasher – Food Prep 4 at Luxury Resort

About the role

The Dishwasher ensures all kitchen and service items are clean, sanitized, and ready for use in a fast‑paced resort environment. You will work closely with kitchen and service staff to support smooth operations and maintain high hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand‑wash delicate items, ensuring spotless, food‑free results.
• Store cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils in designated areas and keep the dishwashing and kitchen zones tidy.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation during busy periods.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, sweep and mop floors, and follow health‑safety regulations.
• Communicate with team members to address issues promptly and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Hospitality‑oriented attitude with previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and stay detail‑focused.
• Physical capability to bend, squat, stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lb, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
