About the role

Goldman, Antonetti & Cordova, LLC is seeking an entry‑level attorney to join its tax and corporate practice in San Juan. The role offers broad transactional experience across tax, corporate, banking, securities, real estate, and notarial matters for local, national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and counsel clients on a range of legal matters.
• Provide legal support on tax and corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions, memoranda, deeds, and other legal and notarial documents.

Required profile

• Admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico.
• Authorized as a public notary in Puerto Rico.
• Full written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Commitment to client service and interest in practice development.
