Events & Promotions Executive

About the role

The Events & Promotions Executive coordinates logistics for Classicare events and initiatives, driving brand exposure and sales growth across Puerto Rico. This role partners with sales regions, independent agents, and external stakeholders to deliver high‑impact marketing activations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor quarterly marketing and sales events, ensuring alignment with regional goals and brand standards.
• Conduct audits of sales points and promotional activities to verify compliance with CMS Marketing Guidelines.
• Develop detailed activation plans, maintain records in the Marketing Tool, and manage procurement of promotional materials.
• Control regional budgets, authorize expenditures, and prepare monthly reconciliations and reports.
• Identify new commercial opportunities at sales points and secure cost‑effective venues through strategic partnerships with municipalities, agencies, and businesses.
• Collaborate with sales regions and Independent Agents to create promotional plans, sponsorships, and initiatives that maximize sales and budget utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in communications, marketing, promotions, or event coordination, preferably in the health‑insurance industry.
• Valid driver’s license for Puerto Rico and willingness to travel across the island, including weekends and extended hours.
• Intermediate proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
