About the role

Ready to lead export operations and grow with a company on the move? JSR Services LLC is partnering with an established transportation and cargo services company to find an Export Manager who will lead the export department and drive its growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategy, policies and goals of the export department.
• Oversee export logistics and administrative processes, ensuring full compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
• Manage the department budget and lead negotiations with clients, carriers and freight agents.
• Partner with senior management to support sustainable growth aligned with company goals.
• Lead, coach and develop export supervisors and administrative staff.
• Track department KPIs and drive continuous process improvement.
• Guarantee accurate export documentation in line with Incoterms and current regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in export management, freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or logistics management systems.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, with strong negotiation, leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to make strategic decisions, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
