New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager

About the role

The New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager will work onsite at HPE’s Aguadilla office, leading cross‑functional teams to bring new commodity SKUs to market on schedule and within budget. This position partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, and external standards bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, resource plans, and critical deliverables for multiple NPI projects.
• Coordinate internal and external partners, track progress, and adjust plans to meet product launch timelines.
• Communicate status, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor less‑experienced staff and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• 4‑6 years of experience supporting NPI programs, preferably in memory commodity or semiconductor environments.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed, global teams and manage complex, multi‑project programs.

Required skills

• PMP/PMI certification (preferred).
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in project planning software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
