About the role

The university is seeking a qualified professional to teach graduate‑level courses in its Digital Marketing program. The successful candidate will deliver instruction across a broad range of contemporary digital marketing topics and mentor students in research and practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver courses covering digital economy, new marketing technologies, AI and automation, omnichannel strategies, content and influencer marketing, analytics, social media management, programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, branding, public relations, and online research tools.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and guide research projects, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree (DBA, Ph.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Prior teaching experience in higher‑education settings and commitment to pedagogical excellence.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and active‑learning methodologies.
• Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
