Project Controls Manager

About the role

The Project Controls Manager will support project delivery within a regulated industry, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and resources are tracked against approved funds. The role works closely with Project Managers and sponsors to provide accurate financial reporting and risk analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Track project scope, schedule, cost and resources against approved budgets.
• Prepare monthly Total Cost Management (TCM) reports using eBuilder software.
• Establish general ledger (WBS) account structures for each project.
• Perform Monte Carlo risk assessments and manage project contingency.
• Develop quarterly capital project estimates, annual budget plans and cash‑flow projections.
• Audit capital project invoices before payment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum six years of project management experience in a regulated industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with eBuilder project management software.
• Experience conducting Monte Carlo risk assessments.
• Expertise in project budgeting, cost forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Knowledge of general ledger (WBS) structuring and financial reporting.
