About the role

Design and deliver adaptive reading workshops for K‑2 students in Dorado, Puerto Rico, using AI‑enhanced tools to accelerate phonics, fluency and comprehension. The position offers a $100,000 yearly salary, weekly pay, and relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver AI‑accelerated reading workshops that ensure every K‑2 student reads at or above grade level.
• Design personalized motivational sessions using gamified literacy milestones.
• Analyze student progress data to refine instruction and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate and improve AI literacy tools based on classroom results.
• Develop scalable AI‑enhanced content for early elementary readers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus a Master’s in reading instruction or a structured‑literacy certification (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, LETRS).
• At least 2 years recent full‑time K‑2 structured reading instruction experience.
• Proficiency in administering and analyzing reading assessments and designing differentiated lessons.
• Energetic, engaging presence with K‑2 students and fluency in English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship and willingness to work on‑site.
