Sales Promoter (Medicare & Medicaid)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Promoter to actively promote our managed‑care products for individuals eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. You will represent our Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans at community events, businesses, and government venues, helping to expand our reach across Puerto Rico.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily marketing activities to promote the brand and complete appointment forms.
• Participate in informal and formal marketing events targeting Medicare Advantage prospects.
• Identify and develop opportunities in assigned regions, including community groups, social service agencies, and municipalities.
• Report daily production and ensure documentation is submitted on time with required quality.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing Medicare Advantage.
• Support strategic initiatives and assist other departments as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with providers and community organizations.
• Provide support to other marketing, sales, or related activities within the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or technical/commercial course.
• Six months to one year of relevant experience.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies.
