Secondary & Elementary Bilingual Teacher (Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for secondary and elementary teachers at a bilingual academy in Bayamón. Teachers will deliver lessons aligned with the school’s bilingual curriculum, supporting academic growth and student engagement across multiple grade levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging bilingual lessons for core subjects.
• Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback to students and families.
• Manage classroom environment, support behavior and social‑emotional development.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to continuously improve teaching practices.

Required profile

• Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at elementary and secondary levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; teaching certification or licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; experience in bilingual or multicultural classrooms is a plus.
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom and adapt instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Excellent organizational, classroom‑management, and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration within the school community.
