Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will prospect new clients, present the company’s insurance products, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve established revenue goals. The role requires staying current on industry trends and maintaining strong relationships with producers and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients and market segments, developing strategic plans to expand business opportunities.
• Maintain excellent relationships with producers and insurance agencies, guiding clients through the insurance process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design initiatives that improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Track performance against sales goals, update management regularly, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver customized commercial sales presentations and proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or Associate’s degree with additional experience).
• Minimum three years of sales/account management experience, preferably in the healthcare insurance industry.
• Valid driver’s license for Puerto Rico and commitment to obtain required insurance licenses if not already held.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
