Service Representative (Driver)

About the role

The Service Representative (Driver) is the front‑line face of Cadillac Uniform & Linen Solutions, responsible for delivering and picking up uniforms, linens, mats and other products for assigned customers. The role combines safe vehicle operation with professional customer service to ensure timely, accurate service and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery and pickup routes according to the assigned itinerary.
• Verify, count, and document all items delivered and collected, ensuring they match service orders.
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Provide courteous, professional service that reflects company values on every visit.
• Report any complaints, shortages, damages, or service irregularities to the supervisor.
• Operate the vehicle safely, complying with Puerto Rico traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues before starting routes.
• Notify the supervisor promptly of any route changes, delays, accidents, or other incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve service or address additional customer needs for the sales team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license; commercial license (CDL) preferred for certain vehicles.
• Physical ability to load, unload, and handle product containers throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
