Talent Acquisition & Client Relations Specialist

About the role

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is looking for a driven, relationship‑oriented professional to manage full‑cycle recruiting for accounting and finance positions while building trusted client relationships in Puerto Rico.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for accounting, finance, administrative and other professional roles.
• Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and other channels.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the selection process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and business leaders.
• Advise clients on candidate availability, compensation expectations and market conditions.
• Contribute to business development and account growth.
• Support administrative and operational activities for the Puerto Rico office and keep accurate records in company systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or related HR functions.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance or other professional roles is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable engaging with executives, hiring managers and professional‑level candidates.
