Trade Marketing Analyst – Puerto Rico

About the role

The main purpose of this position is to support the execution of the Trade Marketing and Perfect Store agenda for PepsiCo Puerto Rico. You will provide analytical, administrative and operational support across the customer activity agenda, commercial playbooks, performance analysis and customer conventions, ensuring data accuracy and on‑time deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain commercial activity calendars and coordinate requirements, timelines and status updates across customers and sales channels.
• Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices and spending, partnering with relevant teams to identify and address variances.
• Create field‑ready playbooks, presentations and execution materials for commercial programs.
• Analyze initiative performance, maintain activity trackers and consolidate results to support business decisions.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards covering execution progress, spending and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners on orders, deliveries, inventory and installation schedules for in‑store materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (intermediate + English proficiency, written and oral).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for budget tracking and performance reporting.
• Experience or internships in trade marketing, sales support, finance or commercial roles within CPG (desired).
