FP&A Manager – Plant Finance & Transformation

About the role

The Plant FP&A Manager is the primary finance partner for West’s Cidra manufacturing site, supporting operational performance, cost discipline, and strategic decision‑making as a member of the Site Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual actuals versus budget/forecast, delivering insights on cost drivers, material usage, scrap and efficiency trends.
• Lead the plant’s monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, partnering with functional leaders to develop accurate assumptions.
• Drive digitization initiatives using SAP, Power BI and related technologies.
• Partner with Controllership and Global Financial Services during close cycles to review results, validate entries and provide operational context.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Engineering and EHS to support cost control and performance improvement.
• Prepare capital project financial models and business case assessments.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proven ability to work across multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and business partnership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and business‑intelligence platforms preferred.
