Account Manager – Captive Insurance

About the role

Responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting of a portfolio of captive insurance companies, including single‑parent and group captives, Protected Cell Companies and Risk Retention Groups. The role provides consulting support to U.S. clients and interacts regularly with senior‑level professionals across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies for prospective captive insurance clients.
• Manage all aspects of financial reporting for assigned client accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives across risk management, accounting, tax, legal and other functions.
• Coordinate with external service providers such as actuaries, auditors, investment managers, brokers and claims adjusters.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize captive performance and develop innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Strong ability to develop and communicate innovative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to present information and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with general ledger and financial accounting software.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or MBA are preferred.
