Account Manager

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen strategic customer relationships across the telecommunications industry. You will work closely with customers to understand their objectives, identify opportunities, and position Ericsson’s portfolio as a trusted partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Drive profitable business growth by identifying, developing, and converting new and existing opportunities.
• Lead commercial discussions, including value positioning, business case development, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across products, solutions, and services.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, finance, legal, and solution teams to develop competitive proposals.

Required profile

• Experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Engagement roles.
• Strong understanding of the Telecommunications, ICT, or Technology industry.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities and commercial negotiations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
