Account Representative

About the role

Island Finance LLC is seeking an Account Representative to join its Naranjito branch. You will be responsible for selling and promoting a range of consumer loan and financial products while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and retain customers by presenting Island Finance’s financial solutions.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the loan application process.
• Achieve sales targets in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Required profile

• At least two years of university or technical education.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle high volumes of work and prioritize tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset and organized work habits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
