Business Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing ABA therapy provider to generate leads and build relationships with families and local organizations, helping reduce waiting times for autism diagnosis and therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue referral sources such as pediatricians, school counselors, therapists, daycare directors, and nonprofit leaders through outbound outreach, in‑person visits and networking.
• Log all outreach, notes and referrals in Salesforce daily, maintaining pipeline integrity and collaborating with Admissions and Sales Ops to remove conversion barriers.
• Execute territory‑specific outreach plans, analyze referral patterns and partner with Regional Sales Managers to target high‑growth zones.
• Plan and lead field events, education sessions and outreach opportunities, capturing leads and managing follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Admissions teams for aligned messaging and regular reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of field sales, outreach or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and meet performance targets.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable personal transportation.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
