Buy-Sell Procurement Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Buy-Sell Procurement Manager to support multiple semiconductor and memory commodities for HPE Networking sustaining products. The role focuses on procurement execution, supplier management, inventory operations and material availability, and is hybrid with about two days per week in an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Convert demand and supply requirements into purchase orders and oversee the full PO lifecycle, including expedites, reschedules, cancellations and closures
• Maintain accurate supplier Commit Request Dates (CRDs) and delivery schedules in ERP systems and follow up with suppliers to secure commitments
• Manage component allocations and shortages, coordinate allocation decisions and run recovery plans for constrained components
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, excess and aging inventory across hubs and manufacturing locations, and drive inventory optimization
• Track supplier performance, lead times and delivery commitments, and escalate supply issues
• Build supply execution dashboards and reports, and share regular operational updates and executive summaries

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, component planning, supply execution or supply chain operations
• Strong experience managing purchase orders, supplier commitments and delivery schedules, and maintaining CRDs, lead times and open-order reports
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, Power Query and data analysis
• Understanding of semiconductor, memory or electronic component supply chains
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Preferred: networking/server/hardware manufacturing experience, ODM/CM partner experience, distributor and inventory hub management, and Power BI or Tableau
