Cafeteria Attendant

About the role

The Cafeteria Attendant supports the Employee Dining Room at Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico, preparing and serving food in line with quality standards and safety guidelines. This entry‑level position works a rotating full‑time schedule and helps maintain a clean, welcoming environment for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to recipe cards, portion standards and menu specifications.
• Set up salad bar and hotline stations, restock condiments and paper goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and seating areas, and ensure proper sanitation.
• Date, rotate and store food containers, monitor temperatures and control waste.
• Assist with vegetable and condiment prep for upcoming shifts and report any shortages.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Entry‑level candidate; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
