Client Project Specialist

About the role

The Client Project Specialist is responsible for owning the timely and orderly flow of client projects from intake through scheduling, coordination and delivery, while handling routine project‑related client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project work from intake through delivery, including planning, resourcing, scheduling, invoicing and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine project‑related communication, coordinating meetings, status updates and stakeholder approvals.
• Coordinate logistics and production needs for creative, digital and video projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor creative/production departments, troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate project files, and enter daily timesheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, traffic or production scheduling, preferably in an agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Project scheduling and budgeting tools such as Aqua and Basecamp.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
