About the role

Optum is seeking a motivated Contact Center Supervisor to lead a non‑clinical team in San Juan. You will ensure high‑quality care delivery, maintain operational efficiency, and support staff development in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and engage the team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Provide standard performance reports and scorecards to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings with Senior Operations to discuss project readiness, compliance, quality audits, and staffing issues.
• Oversee training, mentoring, counseling, and performance evaluation of non‑clinical staff.
• Develop and implement policies and workflows that improve provider satisfaction, reduce errors, and enhance quality of care.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role.
• 1+ years experience in a production environment and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
