Human Capital Management Associate (Coordinator)

About the role

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Associate supports core people operations, performance management, learning and development, and employee data administration. This role ensures employees and managers have the tools and guidance needed throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee and manager questions and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with HCM team members to coordinate employee engagement programs and company events.
• Arrange travel for employees and candidates, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate HCM calendars, employee records, employment letters, and required documentation.
• Support the administration and communication of company policies, procedures, and key HR processes.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with accuracy and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.
