Marketing Manager

About the role

DECA Analytics is building an in‑house marketing function to boost its digital presence and generate qualified business opportunities. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will shape and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand voice, and content pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing strategy, messaging framework, visual standards, and content calendar.
• Set up and maintain analytics and lead‑tracking tools (GA4, Search Console, Monday.com).
• Coordinate a small team of contracted specialists (SEO/GEO, videography/photography, web development) to ensure continuous delivery.
• Drive client storytelling through video interviews, case studies, testimonials, and repurpose assets across channels.
• Implement a structured review‑request process for Google Business Profile, BBB, Trustpilot, etc., and monitor reputation.
• Lead keyword and search‑intent research for core service lines and oversee website optimization for traditional SEO and AI‑search targets.
• Report performance monthly via a KPI scorecard.

Required profile

• Hands‑on builder who can set strategy and execute day‑to‑day tasks.
• Experience managing external specialists and coordinating cross‑functional workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret marketing metrics.
• Excellent written communication for content creation and stakeholder approvals.
