Member Engagement Programs Specialist

About the role

Responsible for coordinating Club Te Paga activities at service centers and events, managing resources, maintaining participant records, conducting surveys, and generating reports to promote customer loyalty and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Club Te Paga activities, educational initiatives, outreach efforts, and events to drive member participation and satisfaction.
• Manage schedules, resources, logistics, and activity requirements to ensure successful program execution.
• Collaborate with service centers, internal departments, vendors, and community partners to deliver member‑focused programs.
• Oversee contracts, materials, and vendor relationships while adhering to budget guidelines and organizational policies.
• Monitor program expenses, participation, attendance, and member feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate participant records, surveys, invoices, contracts, and activity documentation in CRM platforms.
• Prepare reports on participation, satisfaction, performance metrics, and budget utilization for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least two years of experience managing, coordinating, and implementing events or promotions.
• Valid driver’s license for Puerto Rico and a reliable car for travel across the island.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and English (comprehensive, writing, and verbal).
• Ability to work with CRM platforms and maintain detailed records.
