Production Foreman – Commercial Roofing

About the role

We’re looking for a Production Foreman to lead our commercial roofing crews in San Juan. The role focuses on installing and maintaining low‑sloped roof systems while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain low‑sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM).
• Operate tools and equipment such as a Leister welder, hot‑air gun, and propane torch.
• Follow job specifications, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and handle communications and receipts.
• Support the crew through communication, training, and direction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Professional and effective communication abilities.
• Comfortable using handheld technology like tablets or smartphones.
