Retail Account Manager (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key retail clients across Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, optimizing product placement, and driving revenue growth through effective promotional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts by building strong relationships with key clients.
• Drive sales through product launches, promotions, and commercial campaigns.
• Lead and support the Retail Account Representatives team to achieve objectives.
• Oversee in‑store operations, ensuring display and service standards are met.
• Develop projects, sales programs, and ongoing training initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High school‑level math competency.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel once a month to the US Virgin Islands.
