Sales Representative

About the role

Leads orientations and presentations to sell and renew MCS Advantage’s Medicare‑related products to eligible clients. The role involves meeting daily quotas and ensuring proper enrollment and orientation for beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate referrals through MCS‑sponsored activities and follow up on leads within 48 business hours.
• Coordinate daily appointments, conduct at least four visits per day, and submit enrollment forms.
• Maintain regular contact with supervisor to validate progress and report daily results.
• Assist beneficiaries with PCP selection and ensure all subscriptions are complete before submission.
• Meet assigned sales quotas and comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with at least three years of sales experience, preferably in health insurance.
• Alternatively, 60 approved college credits plus one year of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license for Puerto Rico and a health services license (or commitment to obtain one).
• Own a reliable car.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
