Sales Service Coordinator

Join Hilton’s hospitality team and brighten guests’ days by delivering memorable experiences. As a Sales Service Coordinator you will support events from initial inquiry through execution, ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s light and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, managing calls and emails, and supporting guests throughout the event planning process.
• Assist the sales process with client meetings, site inspections, and seamless coordination from proposal to execution.
• Coordinate event logistics, update booking systems, arrange site visits and VIP services.
• Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders, group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post‑event reports to keep all teams aligned.
• Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to ensure operational efficiency.

Required profile

• A passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.
• Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Up to 3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality administration, sales support, customer service, or event coordination.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams); strong Excel skills for spreadsheets, tracking logs and reporting.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Delphi, CI/TY or comparable sales software.
• Knowledge of hotel sales processes, group bookings and catering/event coordination.
