Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the implementation of social media strategies for multiple client brands, bridging creative execution with data‑driven insights. This full‑time position reports to the agency’s senior leadership and works closely with creative, planning and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content calendars, campaign concepts and brand discovery documents for assigned accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities across platforms using Meta Business Suite and similar tools, including publishing, monitoring and community engagement.
• Produce monthly performance reports, analyze reach, engagement and conversion metrics, and present actionable recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with design, client business and planning teams to ensure all digital assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Maintain project timelines, traffic logs and client communication through Basecamp and Microsoft Planner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Public Relations (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing within an agency environment, managing multiple brand portfolios.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and deliver measurable business results.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite (or equivalent social media management platforms).
• Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Planner.
• Project management tools such as Basecamp.
• Cloud storage and collaboration tools – Google Drive, SharePoint.
• Analytics tools – Google Analytics, Google Trends, AnswerThePublic.
• AI assistance tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for research and copywriting.
