Traffic & Project Manager

About the role

The Traffic & Project Manager ensures the efficient flow of creative and production projects within the agency, coordinating between Creative, Design, Production, Content, and Client Services teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic and workflow across creative, content, design, production, digital, and account teams.
• Assign tasks to internal teams, balance workloads, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain production schedules for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Prepare daily status sheets, meeting recaps, and updates on delivery deadlines.
• Maintain constant communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify priorities, deliverables, and approvals.
• Monitor task progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure projects have complete briefs, technical specifications, and documentation before production begins.
• Keep project tracking systems (e.g., Acua, Basecamp, Advantage) up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in traffic coordination, project management, or similar roles, preferably within an advertising agency.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Basecamp, Advantage, Monday, and Acua.
