Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist will be the primary finance partner for business units in Puerto Rico. This role blends detailed budgeting, forecasting and reporting with strategic insights to support decision‑making and drive performance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for all portfolios, partnering directly with business units.
• Validate and consolidate forecast inputs such as sales volumes, pricing, expenses and headcount.
• Align Puerto Rico financial plans with company targets and regional guidelines.
• Support scenario analysis, re‑forecasting and expense profile consolidation.
• Provide profitability, cost‑driver and variance analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards tailored to business‑unit needs.
• Collaborate with local Finance, Regional FP&A and other stakeholders to standardise processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, data integrity and reporting automation.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that impact Puerto Rico business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Proven track record as a finance business partner supporting commercial or therapeutic teams.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
