Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

FASTSIGNS #440101 in Guaynabo, PR is seeking a driven and personable B2B Sales & Customer Service Representative. You will be the face of the brand, building lasting relationships with business clients and helping them find the perfect visual communication solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound sales calls, emails, and in‑person visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and follow‑up.
• Consult with business clients to understand their signage and visual communication needs.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach.
• Track leads, sales activity, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM tools.
