Maintenance Handyman (All Shifts)

About the role

Quality Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Maintenance Handyman to support its manufacturing facilities in Puerto Rico and the United States. The role involves a variety of hands‑on tasks to keep the plant, warehouse and surrounding areas operating safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance in green areas, warehouse, and production facilities.
• Execute wiring, HVAC, refrigeration, and other electrical projects as needed.
• Plan and carry out preventive‑maintenance programs to eliminate hazards and equipment damage.
• Assist with equipment installation, fabrication, and facility expansion or upgrade projects.
• Operate and maintain hand and precision tools, and order repair parts and supplies.
• Document repair and preventive‑maintenance activities and maintain cleanliness standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Proven handyman experience in carpentry, construction or similar trades.
• License to operate heavy machinery such as diggers, aerial lifts or scissor lifts.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of production‑plant operations.
• Pass background check and have reliable transportation to the site.
