Parking Cashier

About the role

SP+ is seeking a Parking Cashier to provide a smooth, stress‑free experience for drivers at its San Juan facilities. The role involves handling payments, assisting customers, and ensuring the flow of traffic through the parking lot.

Key responsibilities

• Collect cash, validations or credit‑card payments, make change, issue receipts or tickets, and reconcile the cash “bank” at the start and end of each shift.
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing directions, handling lost‑ticket forms, and resolving complaints promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the booth and surrounding area, and ensure necessary supplies and equipment are stocked.
• Record daily transaction data, prepare shift reports, and verify logs against cash on hand.

Required profile

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and make change accurately.
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and completing paperwork.
• Reliability – punctual attendance, uniform compliance and willingness to work scheduled shifts, including possible evenings or weekends.
• Physical ability to sit, use hands and occasionally walk while performing duties.
