Warehouse Technician

About the role

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for managing inbound and outbound material flow, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting shipping and receiving operations in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, segregate, and record raw materials and MRO items, handling special items such as temperature‑controlled, corrosive, or flammable goods.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move heavy loads and store materials safely.
• Enter received items into the inventory management system against purchase orders and flag any discrepancies.
• Prepare quarantine labels, maintain logs for receiving variances, and file all receiving documentation.
• Assist with freight invoice matching and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Generate shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, airbill, bill of lading, hazardous‑materials forms) and provide pre‑alerts to distribution centers.
• Coordinate carrier pick‑up and delivery, handle return‑to‑vendor paperwork, and keep shipment history records.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and internal/external audits.
• Perform any additional warehouse or logistics tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and overtime when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork orientation.
• Compliance with Quality System Regulation (QSR) and ISO 13485 standards.
• Adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
