About the role

Kelly is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to join its in‑house team in Añasco, Puerto Rico. You will manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, equitable selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within Bullhorn.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with a staffing agency or onsite industrial client is preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
