Advanced Analytics Lead – Supply Chain

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a senior professional to lead advanced analytics and sourcing initiatives within its global supply chain. The role is hybrid, requiring an average of two days per week on‑site at the Aguadilla office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex supply‑chain processes including supplier selection, onboarding, negotiation, contract management and costing.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities, providing data‑driven insights to senior management.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier performance.
• Manage cross‑functional planning teams, define performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead sourcing system strategy, governance and integration across platforms such as SAP, Ariba and supplier portals.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and business integrations through process harmonisation and data alignment.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in supply‑chain or product‑costing functions.
• Proven ability to work as a subject‑matter expert on complex business problems.
• Strong project‑management skills with experience leading cross‑functional, multi‑geography teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.

Required skills

• SQL, Business Objects, SAP, Oracle, Ariba.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, statistical analysis and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, predictive modelling and automation.
