Advanced Analytics - Supply Chain & Sourcing

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring for a hybrid role (about 2 days per week in an HPE office) focused on supply chain and sourcing analytics. The position covers supplier selection, contract and sourcing system management, and advanced analytics to support sourcing decisions, supplier management, risk mitigation and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, negotiation, costing, contract management and sourcing systems strategy across platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Smart Contracts and supplier portals
• Analyze commodity and manufacturing market trends, pricing strategies and supplier performance, and run demand-supply matching
• Manage sourcing projects, define and review performance metrics, and lead change management, training and user adoption
• Document processes to support TL9K audits and establish governance for supplier, contract and material master data
• Support M&A integrations and mergers through process harmonization, tool consolidation and reporting standardization
• Define sourcing policies, operational controls and compliance requirements, and manage strategic sourcing roadmaps and benefits realization
• Drive advanced analytics, AI/ML, predictive modeling and intelligent automation initiatives

Required profile

• Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function, with a solid understanding of supply chain and product costing processes
• Demonstrated ability in a data or business analyst role
• First university degree or equivalent experience in supply chain operations, project management, computer science, engineering or business management; advanced degree preferred
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills, with mastery of English and the local language
