Agentic AI Senior Manager

About the role

The Agentic AI Senior Manager will lead a high‑performing team to design, develop and deliver AI‑enabled software solutions for HPE’s routing and switching portfolio. This hybrid role requires working on‑site two days per week at an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high‑performing team culture, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and career development.
• Translate business objectives into technical goals, own project timelines, resource allocation and risk management.
• Collaborate with architects and leads to ensure design alignment, review technical decisions for feasibility, scalability and security.
• Act as primary point of contact for leadership and cross‑functional teams, providing status updates and escalating risks.
• Implement Agile/Scrum practices, ensure compliance with security, quality and regulatory standards.
• Forecast resource needs, manage hiring plans and optimize costs for infrastructure and tools.
• Encourage upskilling, identify automation opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML or related field; 12+ years experience with 5+ years people‑management.
• Strong people‑management, conflict‑resolution and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and software development lifecycle, CI/CD and cloud platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executive and technical audiences.
