About the role

The Apparel/Home Department Manager leads a busy Walmart Supercenter department, ensuring merchandise is received, stocked, and presented to meet customer expectations. This full‑time, onsite position oversees a range of inventory‑management activities and drives performance through effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee merchandise assembly, grocery unloading and stocking, and remodel projects.
• Manage receiving, price changes, and claims processing to maintain accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and optimal product placement.
