Associate Hardware Product Quality Engineer

About the role

The Associate Hardware Product Quality Engineer drives product and manufacturing quality across the product lifecycle, from new product introduction to high‑volume production. Working in a hybrid model, the role partners with internal engineering teams and global contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hardware product quality escalations and resolve manufacturing, process, and product issues.
• Act as primary quality liaison with global contract manufacturing partners.
• Monitor test, inspection and production yields to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA/RCCA) for product and process failures.
• Support new product introduction by integrating quality requirements into development and supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Quality Engineering or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering, preferably with electronic assemblies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work independently across multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and CAPA methodologies.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
• Agile PLM and quality management system tools.
• Statistical analysis and data‑driven decision making.
