Bartender – Lobby

About the role

The Bartender will deliver exceptional beverage service to guests in the lobby bar of Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico. You will use your knowledge of wines, spirits and craft cocktails to create memorable experiences in a high‑energy, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to classic recipes, specialty creations and guest preferences while complying with state and city alcohol laws.
• Confirm orders, anticipate guest needs, and handle special requests using the resort’s point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist with inventory management, bar supplies, fruit and garnish preparation, and log entries for voids or spillage.
• Support drink development, promotions and special events, and follow bar policies and daily checklists.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑end bar.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to stand continuously for 8 + hours and lift up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Micros POS system.
