About the role

ConeTec is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand its client experience program across the United States. The role blends business development, technical communication, and industry networking to increase brand visibility and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to priority accounts and build relationships with clients in the geotechnical and environmental sectors.
  • Organize and present capability sessions, brown‑bag talks, and regional newsletters.
  • Represent ConeTec at conferences, workshops, and association events.
  • Support Regional Managers with project follow‑ups, target lists, and business‑development planning.
  • Track all business‑development activities in Salesforce or related dashboards.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or geology.
  • Experience in civil engineering, geotechnical, or geology industries is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with industry clients and engineers.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable meeting clients.
  • Highly organized with strong follow‑through and clear written and verbal communication.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
