About the role
The Busperson/Server Assistant supports the front‑of‑house team by keeping the dining area clean and organized, and helps servers deliver excellent guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Set and reset tables with spotless china, glassware, silverware, and linen.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout service.
- Refill beverages, clear tables, and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Assist servers in delivering outstanding guest service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hotel or related experience preferred.
- Previous food & beverage experience preferred (not required).
- Strong customer service skills and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Safety and Food Handling Certification and valid Health Certificate as required by Puerto Rico health authorities.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lb occasionally.
